Are you insured/do you have a certificate of liability insurance?

Yes!We are fully insured. Please provide your insurance policy's required thresholds to us during your initial consultation, so that we can confirm that our policies meets those specifications.

What types of businesses do you clean?

We are able to clean any type of business, from small office suites to larger buildings with multiple floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and/or shop floors. We also clean salons, restaurants/bars, retail establishments, dental offices, and more.We are equipped to provide you with an efficient, thorough service to keep your workplace clean, orderly, and attractive to customers and employees alike.

Is a contract required for commercial cleaning?

In many cases, yes. Depending on your cleaning needs, we may be dedicating significant resources to your company. Therefore, we would require a contract to ensure that those resources that have been assembled are not wasted.

What kind of frequency do you recommend for commercial cleaning?

This will depend on the needs and preferences of your business, and the size of your facilities.

What would be considered a standard maintenance cleaning for a business?

A standard cleaning for a business involves wiping and disinfecting accessible surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, mirrors, contact surfaces, floors), trash removal, and kitchen cleaning (sink, microwave, surfaces, floors), and maintaining a clean and orderly supply closet (if applicable). Additional services required by your business will be discussed at our initial consultation.

FAQ - Residential Whole Home Deep Cleaning

What goes into the cost of a deep clean?

Deep cleaning is less like wiping something down and more like restoring an old photograph. You're carefully removing years of buildup without damaging what's underneath. That takes time, patience, and skill. A true deep cleaning can be a multi-day process.You're not paying for someone to move quickly through your home. You're paying for hundreds of small jobs that most people never have time to do. A standard cleaning maintains a home. A deep cleaning resets it.

Can I be at home while your team cleans?

Absolutely! We just ask that you give our team plenty of space to work.

Can my pets be running around while your team is there cleaning?

We love pets, but please secure them before our team arrives to begin cleaning.

How does payment work?

We accept card, cash, check (personal checks accepted, but not preferred), and Venmo payments. We will discuss payment preferences during your initial consultation. For most services, we require a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the cleaning.

What if I have product preferences or allergies?

Not a problem! Be sure to let us know about these during our initial consultation, particularly if you are allergic to certain products.

FAQ - Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings

Do I need a move-out cleaning if my home already looks clean?

Even well-maintained homes collect dust, grime, and buildup in areas that landlords and buyers often inspect closely. A professional cleaning helps leave the home in excellent condition and can improve your chances of meeting move-out expectations.

Can I schedule cleaning both before or after personal belongings are moved?

Yes, we can clean while your personal belongings, including furniture, are still there.For the best results, however, we recommend scheduling your cleaning after the home has been completely emptied. This allows our team to clean every surface without furniture or boxes in the way.

Can you clean before I move into my new home?

Absolutely! A move-in cleaning helps ensure your new home is fresh, sanitized, and ready for you to settle in from day one.

Clean Team WI is a division of Sage Ventures, LLC, which is owned by Hannah and Beto Mora. We live in Portage, WI with our daughter and gang of pets.
